Yoga asanas are another great way to heal your root chakra and balance it. So, practice poses like squat, warrior, mountain, goddess, child’s pose, etc.
Meditation is one of the best ways to connect with the earth to enhance your root chakra. So, practice meditation to heal the chakra and if you find it hard to meditate, then try walking meditation on sand or grass to connect with the earth. A balanced root chakra often depends on your healing from past insecurity.
